Michael CustardoMichael Custardo – President
Michael Custardo created Canadian Media Sales in 1997 as a boutique rep firm aiming to provide Canadian broadcasters with a dedicated sales force and help U.S. media agencies incorporate Canada into their upcoming media campaigns. He brings 35 years of domestic and international sales experience within the television broadcast industry to CMS.

Greta SmithGreta Smith – New York Sales Manager
Greta joined CMS in 1997 as a Sales Coordinator/Junior Rep, after two years at Seltel. As CMS expanded, so did Greta’s role in the company. Her job titles and responsibilities have ranged from Administration to Sales to Human Resources to Management, and she is an integral part of how the CMS office functions day-to-day. Greta holds a B.S. in Communication from St. John’s University.

Hayley BankHayley Bank – Senior Account Executive
Hayley spent two years as Research Director for WTIC-Hartford (Fox61) before graduating from the Seltel Sales Training Program (now Millenium – Katz Media) in March of 1993. She was a Seltel Account Executive in the International Division for four years, and joined CMS as a Senior Account Executive in 1997. Hayley earned her B.A. from the University of Hartford.

Joe WilliamsJoe Williams – Senior Account Executive
Joe’s experience with Canadian media began in 1996 while he was working at Telerep. In 1997, he joined CMS and has played a large role in growing the company’s media portfolio over the years. Joe was instrumental in building the digital and mobile divisions at CMS. Joe has a B.S. in Marketing from Tuskegee University.

Mary PelchMary Pelch – TV Account Executive
Mary joined CMS as a Sales Assistant in May of 2008. In 2010, she was promoted to Account Executive and expanded her role in the company. Mary holds a B.S. in Communication Arts from St. John’s University.

Daniel Sackett – TV/Digital Account Executive
Dan has been with CMS since June 2010 and has worked as an assistant in both the television and digital sales divisions. In his current role of TV/Digital Account Executive, Dan works to expand the digital sales divisions by providing information and support to buyers. He graduated from SUNY Albany with a B.A. in Communications.

Jon Seltzer – TV Account Executive
Jon joined CMS as a sales assistant in the summer of 2011, and expanded his role to include sales in 2015. He graduated from Penn State with a degree in Communication Arts and Sciences.

Mariellen BrownMariellen VanDyke Brown – Marketing & Communication Strategist
Mariellen joined CMS in 2008 to help launch the digital division and enhance CMS’s marketing presence. She is responsible for all graphic and web design, branding, public relations, eNewsletters and promotional materials. Mariellen has a B.S. in Organizational Communication, Learning & Design from Ithaca College and a M.A. in Corporate Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
